Can we review the video work before paying the balance on the service provided?
Yes, you will be provided with links to all the video content that has been produced. The balance is required only after the work is completed and signed off on to allow the videos to be downloaded.
What's the turnaround time?
Typically, after production is wrapped, we spend about 5 to 7 business days in post-production. During that time, there are up to three rounds of revisions before completion.
Can we share with you example videos of others that inspire us?
Yes, that's encouraged and welcome. That will help give your final videos the look and feel that makes you the happiest.
