How long is each session?
Each session lasts approximately 20 minutes: 15 minutes of on-camera time with 5 minutes built in for setup and reset.

Do participants need to bring anything?
Just themselves! We’ll send a prep guide beforehand so they can prepare what to say. We also provide a teleprompter to make the delivery smooth and stress-free.

When do attendees receive their content?
Final deliverables (video + headshot) are delivered digitally within 3–5 business days after the event.

What kind of video will attendees get?
Each participant receives a professionally shot and edited 45-second video tailored to their personal or professional brand. This can be used for social media, websites, job applications, and more.

Do we need to provide anything as the host venue?
Just space and access, and we take care of the rest. Plan-It Production Studio provides all cameras, lighting, audio, teleprompters, scheduling, and crew. We’ll even supply marketing materials to help promote the event.

How many people can you accommodate in a day?
We can schedule up to 20 sessions in a single day, with one session every 20 minutes from 9 AM to 5 PM (including a 1-hour lunch break).

Can participants choose their time slot?
Yes. We'll provide a scheduling link ahead of time so attendees can book the time that works best for them.

Is there any on-site branding for our space?
Yes! We film within your coworking space and naturally showcase it in the background of each video, highlighting your venue as a vibrant, creative destination.
